Is responsible for transportation only and does not assume any responsibility for the actions or omissions of others, except those established by the law. In no case will the carrier be liable incidentally or consequently for any damage, loss or delays, including any those due to weather, traffic and or mechanical problems. Soto’s Transport Inc. has no legal responsibility for any inconvenience or expenses incurred caused directly or indirectly any of the aforementioned types of delays.

COVID-19 WARNING.
Soto’s Transport Inc. cannot be held liable if you decide to expose yourself to contracting or spreading COVID-19 while using our services or facilities. It may not be possible to avoid the presence of the disease. If you choose to use Soto’s Transport Inc. services and/or its facilities, you do so at your own risk, you could be exposing yourself to/or increasing your chances of contracting or spreading the COVID-19 virus.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
By using Soto’s Transport Inc. services and/or facilities, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the warning concerning COVID-19 and accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for you and/or your family.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
By using Soto’s Transport Inc. services and/or facilities, you forever waive any right to file a claim against Soto’s Transport Inc. and/or its insurers, owners, employees, or other representatives in connection to the exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to using Soto’s Transport Inc. services and/or facilities. Furthermmore, you understand and agree that by using Soto’s Transport Inc. services and/or facilities, you waive your rights to file claims for personal injury, death, illness, loss of property, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence. You waive any claims you may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unforeseen.
